The Friends of Chess has continued in existence and been awarding grants to players and organisers during the period 2016 to 2023. During that time we have, however, lacked a website that we could update. Sadly the previous webmaster (John Philpott) died in 2016 without passing on details of how to access the previous website (which still exists at https://www.friendsofchess.wordpress.com.)
